10 students and 2 staff from Shawnigan Lake School visited Azabu from 30 October to 6 November.
@Along with lessons in Japanese martial arts, "kendo" and "judo," and calligraphy, they had the opportunities to join various English classes to meet more Azabu students. They also enjoyed the spectacular view of Tokyo from the observation deck of Roppongi Hills and an excursion to one of Japan's ancient cities, Kamakura. We would like to thank all the host families for looking after the Canadian students. At the farewell party, the Shawnigan students together with their host families made short speeches in Japanese about their stays in Tokyo.
@Throughout this visit, they had a good time and we are expecting some of them will come back to see us in the future. In fact, one student had been here for the second time.
